Who We Are
Procella Media is a video production technology company based in Los Angeles, minutes from LAX. We design, build, and operate the systems behind modern live production: REMI (remote integration) setups that bring camera feeds from any venue back to a central control room, multi-platform live streams with second-screen experiences, and remote editing and recording workflows for distributed teams.
Our work serves broadcast, sports, corporate, and live event productions. When off-the-shelf tools fall short, we write our own — custom production software built in TypeScript and JavaScript on React and Node.js — so the workflow fits the show instead of the other way around.

President
Jason Denagy, President of Procella Media, is a non-linear workflow specialist who designs and operates the company's production systems. His toolset spans Avid Media Composer, EVS XT3 and IP Director, the Adobe suite, Blackmagic Design, Bluefish444 capture cards, and vMix — experience that covers both traditional broadcast rooms and the IP-based workflows that are replacing them.

Every engagement follows the same three steps: consultation, custom solution, deployment.
1. Consultation
We start with your production: the venues, the crew, the distribution targets, and where the current workflow breaks down.
2. Custom Solution
We design a system around those requirements — hardware, signal paths, and any custom software the workflow needs.
3. Deployment
We deploy, test, and operate the system on show day, then refine it as your production evolves.
We build on proven broadcast technology from our partners — Blackmagic Design, Avid, AJA, and Netgear AV — and add software where the workflow calls for it.
Our Infrastructure
Productions run on our centralized Los Angeles datacenter of M3 Ultra Mac Studios connected over 10 Gbps fiber. The facility runs DaVinci Resolve and Avid Media Composer workflows and supports 12-channel simultaneous ISO recording in ProRes 422 HQ to NVMe storage with frame-accurate timecode, SRT contribution feeds, and RTMP and HLS outputs — along with automated graphics, live data and scoring integrations, and AI-assisted real-time captions in more than 40 languages.
We work on site across Los Angeles and Southern California, and serve clients nationwide through the same remote workflows.
